Oak Knoll has the widest residential streets in all of Mendham. There’s plenty of room for walking dogs, bicycling, and running. The roads have minimal traffic and are clean and clear in all seasons. “Walking the loop,” a 2+ mile circuit through the neighborhood, is a daily pastime for many Oak Knoll residents.

The Oak Knoll neighborhood has a designated volunteer emergency responder who patrols the neighborhood to help out in storms and coordinate with the Township.

Oak Knoll cares about its dogs: if a stray dog is wandering, neighbors will try to figure out how to get it back to its owner through the neighborhood email or website.
